Your sovereignAI platform.

Faheem فهيم is a fully autonomous agentic AI platform on infrastructure you control. It plans, executes and verifies work end to end: your documents, your task board, Arabic and English, reported to your phone. Every external call governed, metered and logged. Zero if you choose. Always provable.

Agentic by design

Watch it run a task.

Faheem does not wait for prompts. A task lands on the board and moves through the loop on its own: triage, work, self-review, done.

The honest part is the failure path. A failed self-review retries exactly once, then you get alerted with full context. And every block in the chain writes to the tamper-evident black box as it runs.

The same blocks are yours to compose: build no-code workflows with typed inputs, branching and approval steps, triggered from the task board, a schedule, an email or a webhook.

Failures retry once, then escalate. Every step lands in the black box.

Reference architecture

A complete sovereign AI stack, in one box.

Everything an on-premises AI agent needs to do real work: models on your hardware, sovereign search over your documents, tamper-evident audit, live GCC compliance. Installed by Netveva, owned by you.

No API bills. No per-token fees. Faheem runs on your own hardware under one flat subscription, so the cost is the same whether your team sends ten prompts a day or ten thousand.

FAHEEM // REFERENCE_ARCHITECTUREONLINE
  1. Strong open-weight models or Faheem fine-tuned variants prepared for your domain. Whatever you pick is selected and sized at deployment, and served entirely on your hardware.

  2. Your documents are chunked with Arabic-aware boundaries, embedded and reranked locally, and every answer cites its sources. PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in Arabic and English.

  3. Every query, file operation and outbound byte is written to an append-only log where each record is chained to the last and anchored with a signed checkpoint. Verification reports the exact record where anything was altered, deleted or reordered.

  4. Microsoft 365 mail and calendar plus Jira ship in the box, with every call passing the same egress gate and audit log. Anything else can be added through the MCP bridge without bypassing the controls.

  5. Named agents run concurrently, each with its own fenced knowledge base, shareable across the organisation or a department with see, use and edit permissions. One agent can even serve your website as a locked-down public chatbot.

  6. Compose typed building blocks with branching and approval steps into workflows your team owns. Trigger them manually, on a schedule, from the task board, by email, Telegram or webhook, with per-node audit.

  7. Total data privacy control, mapped to the six Gulf states' regulatory frameworks and scored from live system state, not a static checklist. A Sovereign Report PDF is generated fully offline in one click.

  8. Personal data is swapped for reversible tokens before anything leaves and restored on the way back. If detection is uncertain, the request is not sent. Every masked egress is recorded and counted.

  9. Credentials live in a local vault and are injected by reference at the moment of use, then redacted from tool results. The model never sees raw values, and neither does the audit log.

What it does

Chatbots answer questions. Faheem finishes tasks.

The capability your team feels in week one: workflows they can build themselves, agents working in parallel, and the tools they already use.

Drag-drop agentic workflows

Compose typed building blocks with branching and approval steps into workflows your team owns, no code required. Trigger them from the task board, a schedule, an email, Telegram or a webhook, and watch runs live on the canvas.

A fleet of agents, in parallel

Spin up named agents that work concurrently, each with its own knowledge. Share the good ones across your organisation or a department, with see, use and edit permissions.

Plugged into your tools

Drafts and sends approved email, manages the calendar and finds meeting times, files and updates Jira tickets. Microsoft 365 and Jira ship in the box, and MCP extends to the rest.

Delegate overnight

Queue the backlog in the evening and wake to completed, self-reviewed cards, with anything uncertain escalated to your phone. Schedule recurring work, like a 07:30 Arabic morning brief.

Voice notes, both ways

Send a voice note on Telegram, get a voice note back, in Arabic or English, while you watch Faheem search, write and run tools in real time.

Telegram itself is a cloud messenger, so messages transit Telegram servers. The AI, your documents, and all voice processing stay on your infrastructure.

A chatbot for your website

Expose one agent as a public chatbot that answers customers from knowledge you choose, locked to search only, rate-capped and origin-limited, with a kill switch.

How it works

Delivered to your building. Owned by you.

Faheem is not a subscription to someone else's cloud. It is a complete system that arrives, learns your organisation, and answers to no one but you.

01

Install

Netveva installs Faheem on hardware inside your building. Air-gapped if you want it.

02

Learn

Your documents become its private knowledge base. Indexed locally, uploaded nowhere.

03

Delegate

Your team delegates from day one: chat, voice notes, Telegram, in Arabic or English.

04

Handover

You hold every key and credential. No remote access, no telemetry.

The subscription

Owned by you. Kept ahead by us.

Owning the platform does not mean maintaining it alone. The Netveva care subscription keeps your deployment current while everything stays in your hands.

It covers care, not usage. Your team keeps using Faheem without meters or per-token fees; the subscription is one fixed number your finance team can plan around.

Maintenance, handled

Scheduled health checks and tune-ups by the team that installed it, on site or working alongside yours.

Updates that keep pace

The AI landscape moves monthly. Platform updates arrive as versioned packages, applied on your schedule, never forced.

The latest models, prepared

New open-weight releases and Faheem fine-tuned variants are evaluated, sized to your hardware and delivered ready to run.

On-call support

A direct line to the engineers who built your deployment, plus training for your team as usage grows.

Why Netveva

Built for the GCC. From the ground up.

We work with GCC governments, banks and large enterprises, where data has to stay in the country, not on a foreign cloud or in someone else’s AI model.

Faheem was built for that reality: bilingual by design, compliance-aware out of the box, and deployable wherever your regulator needs it to live.

  • On-premises and sovereign-cloud deployment
  • No data leaves your jurisdiction
  • Audit-ready by design
